Bio

Eileen Forsythe is an associate attorney at Cornelius & Collins, LLP, where she assists clients in a variety of civil litigation matters, including insurance defense, health care liability defense, premises liability, and business law. She represents plaintiffs and defendants and is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Tennessee.
 
Eileen grew up in Brentwood, Tennessee and obtained her undergraduate degree from Western Kentucky University, graduating magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science. She received her law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law, where she graduated cum laude with a concentration in advocacy and dispute resolution. During law school, Eileen served on the Executive Board of the Tennessee Law Review and Moot Court Board, and also participated in the UT Domestic Violence Clinic and Mediation Clinic as a student attorney.
 
Outside of her law practice, Eileen is an active member of the Nashville community. She is a provisional member of the Junior League of Nashville as well as a member of the Harry Phillips American Inn of Court. In her free time, Eileen enjoys yoga, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
