Deron L. Johnson is an associate attorney with Cornelius & Collins, LLP. His practice is concentrated in general civil litigation, including personal injury litigation, employment litigation, construction litigation, and insurance defense. He is a member of the Tennessee and Nashville Bar Associations, and is admitted to practice before all state courts of Tennessee and Kentucky and the U.S. District Courts for the Western and Middle Districts of Tennessee.


Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Johnson clerked for the Honorable David M. Bragg, Circuit Court Judge for the Sixteenth Judicial District, in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Mr. Johnson is a graduate of Vanderbilt School of Law and the University of Kentucky, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, cum laude.


Outside of work, Mr. Johnson is active in the Nashville community. He is a member of Belmont United Methodist Church, where he serves in the music ministry and as Chair of the Board of Trustees. An amateur musician, he enjoys making and listening to music, including as a subscriber to the Nashville Symphony, and can often be found rooting for the University of Kentucky Wildcats and the Chicago Cubs.
