Seth is an associate attorney at Cornelius & Collins, LLP. Seth’s practice focuses on construction litigation, labor and employment matters, healthcare liability, and general civil litigation. Prior to joining Cornelius & Collins, Seth clerked for the Honorable Deanna B. Johnson and James G. Martin III, Judges for the Twenty-First Judicial District of Tennessee. He subsequently practiced law with regional firms representing corporate clients in both state and federal litigation in addition to administrative matters. Seth is admitted to practice before all state courts of Tennessee as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Tennessee. Seth is also a member of the Tennessee and Nashville Bar Associations, respectively.

Seth is a proud graduate of Belmont University where he completed his undergraduate studies cum laude, earning a Bachelor of Science in History and a minor in Political Science. Seth continued his studies and obtained his law degree from Belmont University’s College of Law in 2016. During undergraduate school, Seth was active in student government, and during law school he served on Belmont’s Board of Advocates and competed on its award-winning Health Law Moot Court Team. Seth also earned the Best Performance Award for Mass Media Law, was elected Vice President of the Health Law Society, which laid the groundwork for the Belmont Health Law Journal and was recognized as a Peer Mentor for first year law students.

When not in the office, Seth enjoys spending time with his wife Kelsey, his son Jones, and his dog Riggins. A lifelong Nashvillian and occasional distance runner, Seth enjoys jogging through his city’s many beautiful parks and neighborhoods.
