Cole is a litigation attorney with notable experience in state and federal courts. Cole has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in commercial litigation, contractual cases, and arbitrations. Primarily as a defense attorney, he has significant experience handling matters of healthcare liability, construction defects, surety claims, products liability, insurance coverage,  premises liability, negligent security, contested probates, consumer protection, and trucking accidents. He also has experience in multidistrict litigation, including matters before the JPML. Cole began his career with a litigation defense firm in Tallahassee, Florida. After a few years, he returned home and has practiced in Nashville and throughout Tennessee ever since.

Cole graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology. He is a member of the Florida State University College of Law Class of 2015 and graduated with magna cum laude honors. During law school, Cole represented Florida State in trial competitions throughout the country.

Cole is a Nashville native who enjoys 80s and 90s era country music and Titans football. Most of Cole’s free time is spent either hunting, getting ready to go hunting, or thinking about hunting.
