Caitlin A. Kirk is an associate attorney with Cornelius & Collins, LLP. She concentrates her practice in general civil litigation, including insurance defense, premises liability, construction litigation, and healthcare liability. She is admitted to practice before all state courts in Tennessee and the U.S. District Court of Middle Tennessee.
A native of West Virginia, Caitlin graduated cum laude from Marshall University with Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and International Affairs. She obtained her law degree from Belmont University School of Law, where she received Belmont’s Health Law certificate and Pro Bono Award. During law school, she acted as the Executive Notes Editor for the Belmont Criminal Law Journal and participated in the National Health Law Moot Court Transactional Competition. Prior to joining Cornelius & Collins, she practiced with a boutique litigation defense firm in Middle Tennessee.
Caitlin currently resides in Nashville, Tennessee. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, traveling, and going on walks with her dog, Theodore.
